Location and room size were OK, but the cleanliness was average at best. the staff was friendly, but poorly managed.

the size of the bed was too small to accommodate three people, and even though I requested an extra mattress, the staff refused to provide one.

The hotel is situated in a prime location with many popular tourist spots nearby. the rooms were comfortable and had a cozy feel to them. the bathrooms were clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping them that way. the breakfast provided by the hotel was great and offered many options to choose from to start the day energized.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak and sometimes didn't work.

Spent xmas at this hotel and it was a decent experience. The rooms were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and approachable. The location was convenient, situated in close proximity to popular attractions. the hotel provided free breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise.
